Rosalynn Strand

Hello, Spero Stars! Welcome to 1st Grade! I am your grade level teacher, Ms. Strand.
I am most excited to learn with you through games, experiments, and reading!

I started teaching in 2007, and started at Spero Academy in 2023! I have a M.A. in Early Childhood Special Education and Early Childhood Education. My favorite thing about teaching is building relationships with students and families.
I have two children (aged 8 & 5) and my husband is a school librarian. We have family in different states and we love to take a roadtrip to visit them. My favorite activities besides teaching are cooking, reading with my kids, knitting/crocheting, and singing!
