Dan Hatfield, M.A., CCC-SLP

Hello! My name is Dan Hatfield; I am a licensed and certified speech/language therapist. My first year working at Spero is 2022. I have worked as a speech/language therapist since 2017, and my experience working with autistic children goes back to 2007. All this time, I have lived in the Twin Cities area and I attended the University of Minnesota for my degrees. Since graduation, I have received continuing education in PROMPT, SCERTS, and Social Thinking. My passion in this work is to hear (and help others to hear) the voices and perspectives of children who are all too often misunderstood. It is a joy and an honor to learn from the children I work with. When away from Spero, I enjoy traveling, hiking, and playing tennis with my boyfriend, Ben. We also enjoy cheering for or griping about each of Minnesota's sports teams.
